LifeAustin Amphitheatre Rules

To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, The LifeAustin Amphitheatre has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy

The facility offers plenty of accessibility parking with easy access to the venue. Parking also has bright and ample lighting to make it as safe as possible. The hillside seating area also has plenty of room for wheelchairs and companions. If you require any other special accommodations, please call 512-220-6383 for assistance.

Arrival Policy

For most events, it is recommended that guests arrive no later than 30 minutes before the events start time. For some concerts and special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait before entry for an appropriate break period.

Camera Policy

Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.

Cancellation Policy

Usually, events and shows are never canceled since the show must go on. But if a show is canceled or postponed due to weather or artist cancellation you can request a refund or reschedule of your ticket at 512-220-6383.

Dress Code Policy

All guests should come dressed appropriately for a public venue. If your clothing has offensive imagery or is deemed inappropriate for an event, event staff reserves the right to ban entry.

Lost and Found Policy

Lost an item at an event? You can ask event staff for help with finding the lost and found service. You can also call 512-220-6383 after the performance. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item.

The LifeAustin Amphitheatre does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.

Prohibited Items

LifeAustin Amphitheatre prohibits the following items from the venue.

  • Chains and spiked jewelry
  • Weapons
  • Pocket Knives
  • Laser Pointers
  • Illegal Substances
  • Animals (service animals are allowed)
  • Beach balls and inflatables
  • Bullhorns and air horns
  • Fireworks
  • Signs with sticks
  • Posterboard signs
  • Confetti and Silly String
  • Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes
  • Laptops/iPads
  • Pepper Spray/Mace

Individual events may have additional prohibited items. Please refer to the specific event for a complete list.

Refund Policy

Unless a show is postponed or canceled, all sales are final. If a show is postponed or canceled, please call the box office at 512-220-6383 to ask about a refund or reschedule.

Smoking Policy

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, vapes, or any other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed in the venue or within 300 feet of any entrance. You may ask the event staff if there is a designated smoking space available.
